The price covers all programme elements including lunches, a Gala reception and a dinner.  Please note that registration fees include VAT.

These prices are for Scholars, friends of the Rhodes community and their non-Scholar guests (and children of 16 and over). 

Those wishing to attend must register by 30 August 2013.

Children

The Gala reception and some programme elements will not be suitable for children under 16.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of your registration(s) must be received in writing via email to sonja.dunphy@rhodeshouse.ox.ac.uk.  If the Rhodes Trust receives your cancellation:

  • Before 5PM on 16 August 2013, you will receive a full refund.
  • Between 17 August 2013 and before 5PM on 31 August 2013, you will be refunded your registration fee less a £50 processing fee.
  • From 1 September 2013 onwards, you will not receive a refund.
  • Substitutions on your registration will be accepted until 10 September 2013, if you would like to give your place to another Scholar.
  • We regret that we are unable to offer refunds to those who have registered but do not attend.
